Formerly known as Nene College, The University of Northampton started operating in 1975. By 2021, it became home to more than 10,000 students from different parts of the world. Yearly, it welcomes 1,000 international students representing more than 100 nationalities. Northampton in Northamptonshire is the hometown of the University of Northampton. The city is located 90 minutes from central London by train. You can also easily reach other large cities in the region including Luton, Leicester, Birmingham, and Milton Keynes.
The brand new Waterside campus opened its doors in 2018 sits in close proximity to the centre of Northampton. Equipped with the latest technology, it delivers a personalised experience in learning and helps develop essential academic and social skills. On campus residence halls are just a few dozen meters away from teaching buildings and university facilities. Students can live in five storey flats and four storey townhouses with lovely courtyards.
