University of Greenwich welcomes students since 1890. In addition to the beautiful site it occupies (it is on the UNESCO World Heritage list), it has the greenest campus in the UK according to People & Planet Green League.
The university has four faculties (Liberal Arts and Sciences; BusinessSchool; Education and Health; and Engineering and Science) delivering more than 200 courses to undergraduates and 150 courses to postgraduate students. The majority of courses are accredited by a professional body. No matter which course you choose, you can be sure of the highest teaching quality.
A Silver Rating in the Teaching Excellence Framework 2017 confirms the highest educational standards. On top of that, the university is known for its ample employment opportunities. It has the Employability and Careers Service helping students with finding their dream job. The service provides career advice, information about job placement and internship options, as well as helps with CV writing.
More than 18,000 people make up the university’s student population. Together, they represent more than 140 countries. The university offers scholarships of up to £3,000 off a tuition fee for the first year of education.

Overview
University of Greenwich is comprised of three beautiful campuses. The largest one benefits from a premium position in the heart of Greenwich and on the UNESCO World Heritage Site. 17th-century buildings belonging to the university are a feast for the eye on their own. While providing a village-like atmosphere in a leafy suburb, the campus has a developed transport infrastructure connecting it with the centre of London.
The second-largest Avery Hill Campus sits in the nearby Eltham, just 30 minutes from the innermost part of London. The Medway Campus in Chatham, Kent, is a cluster of red-brick buildings that once were part of Royal Navy facilities. The campus is 45 minutes from London by train.
The university guarantees accommodation to all first-year students either in university-owned halls of residence or in the private sector. The student support centre provides information on housing options as well as helps with other aspects of studying at the university throughout the year.
